The staff was polite, and helpful. The room was not adequately cleaned. Pillows had a nasty smell and need to be replaced .The location was nice, I enjoyed staying downtown but the parking sucked. Paying 52 a day for parking was a bit unreasonable

It was convenient to get to American Airlines Arena. Staff was great,especially Ms Diane at front desk at night. Only problem couldn't control water temperature in bathroom. Only hot water,so taking a shower was difficult to not get burned. Even toilet bowl was hot water. I reported it and they were working on it.
