This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at receptionist was extremely rude from the moment we arrived to when we left.dont even bother asking them questions cause they could respond all rude or not at all how are you working at a hotel and dont have a friendly conversation or communication with guest 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I waites over an hr for the shuttle after Tony kept telling me 10mins. He had the audacity to get frustrated with me keep calling and started screening the calls and stopped answering. I had to get friends to call on 3way in order to get an answer. If he wouldve told me, the shuttle make rounds to different facilities and he'll be there i would not have been calling every 15-20mins. The only reason i was calln was because he kept saying 10mins.

Currently under construction. Bed was hard, only 3 pillows on a king size bed with a very light duvet. Either cold or hot. If you're flying out early, no coffee or breakfast, no coffee in rooms. Shuttle is terrible, took 1:15 minutes from call to getting to hotel. Not a pleasant experience. I can say that the hotel is under renovation so you can tell they are trying to make some improvements.

I called to ask if construction that others mentioned was finished - was told yes. NO. It wasn't - they were still working on it! Our room was refurbished but construction dust was all over floor & painters tape was still over cupboards. TWO towels total & when I requested more, they never turned up. Noisy. No breakfast offered. Our stay was late Feb 2026.

The building was under renovation so the halls we walked through to get to the elevator were cluttered with all the workers' stuff and messy. The room itself was very clean, but there was nothing in it. No dishes, pots, pans, silverware...(we had a room with a kitchen), No coffee pot or ice bucket or cups. Nothing to eat or drink with. No telephone in the room to call the front desk from. I was disappointed in that.

Our stay was average at best. The sheets had stains on them, there was constant noise from construction going on and there were multiple times the water was shut off and we had no notice about it and it took a long time for it to come back.
