My stay was fine but I donât like the fact that they took $247 out of my account on dec 30th and the $50 for accidents they took another $222 out of my account on the 4th for the exact room which put my account in the negative. I paid for the room twice.
They tried to charge me for the room even though it was already paid. When I checked out, they charged for the room....again.... I had to call them multiple times to get it fixed. The manager has a horrible attitude and constantly yells at the employees. I saw different employees CRYING each day. outside of that the hotel is nice. But monitor your bank account because they act like they can just charge people 3 times for a room.
