The reception was terrible. She didn’t explain Anything , like email password, wher things were etc. We didn’t mind that her ability to communicate in English was poor, but we did mind her rudeness and apparent stupidity. We also minded that she put us in a room facing loud construction despite our asking for a quiet room. Shame on the otherwise good Ptitzker legacy

Great place to stay if you have a long layover or a delayed flight. Rooms are comfortable and it is conveniently located by the airport.

Only one restaurant was open with a very limited menu. Out of some things. The rooms, of which we had three on different floors, were so cold. The thermostats wouldn’t get the rooms warm. If you try turning up the heat, the thermostats would kick itself off and back down to 70’ and cold air flooded the rooms. Also the area to catch the shuttle outside the airport was extremely dangerously dark. There was no permanent overhead lighting, just some highway construction lighting on a temporary pole hooked up to a generator. I certainly would not have felt safe as a female alone making my way. The rooms were over $300 a night for each room with one occupant. The road construction around the airport to the hotel, a trip that should take 10 minutes, took 30 minutes. We paid for close proximity to the airport for an early morning flight. Some mention should have been made on the website about the road construction and resultant delays. We would have been better off staying further away and coming straight in on the highway. Furthermore, there was noise all night long from outside. It was just dreadful. Never again.

All of the staff were bere friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice. Only downfall was the hours for dining and the bar. We arrived a little after 2:00 pm. The dining areas and bar were closed until 4:00 pm. Once the bar opened, food and drinks were great.
