I arrived ~6pm and office was locked with no one in sight. I waited ~10 minutes and an employee walked behind the desk in the lobby. Lobby was locked. She came to small window, took my ID and card, handed me the key. In the morning, the lobby was still (again?) locked. All transactions were through a small window. Not friendly or welcoming.

The check in doors were locked when we arrived. I had to call in order to get someone to give me a key to my room. The person who finally came was not friendly at all. The bathroom had mold in it and people outside yelling. Did not feel safe at all!!!! I will never do a Motel 6 again!
