Was really funny to me how when I was doing check-out the cleaning employee Rush me out of the room but the day before after I check in and I was inside the room you can see how bad the room was I even saw rauches I emrusheemployee

When I arrived at the front desk to check in the lady was rude and dismissive. I had to wait for my room to be ready, not a problem. My problem was my room was filthy. The tub was disgusting. It had hair in it from others. I walked from the bed to the bathroom and my feet were black. The mini fridge was broken and sitting on a piece of wood. When I went to check out the guy was ignoring me and was on his cell phone. It was terrible

The room was dirty with web and cigarette butts. The sheet looked unwashed with marks left from previous customers on the bed head. When we asked for a different room, the front desk just bluntly denied. Not until I pressed harder then I got a new set of sheet. But even then, he gave us a hard time and horrible attitude.

You get what you pay for, the staff was able to answer most of my questions at any time during the day. The place is in a really good spot and there is a dennys across the street. Parking is pretty secure and there are multiplying cameras with great lighting. Ac works really well.

Not a bad place to stay. First time there was no pet fee but when we came back the young girl at the front charged a 50 fee saying we didn't pick up after our dogs used the bathroom which we did. She's the only rude staff member. Everyone else was great
