The staff was not helpful and I was charged twice since being charged by hotels.com the bathroom had a live roach in it and black mold on the ceiling without an exhaust fan. The ac was not working properly as it was loud I couldn’t rest comfortably and it didn’t get cold until about 4am. The walls were dirty and there is blood splatter on the wall near the trash can. A begger confronted me for money to get cigarettes while I unpacked to go inside the room. I didn’t pull back the sheets. There was not a bedspread on the bed just several sheets and there was a blood stain on one sheet right where it folded back when you put your head on the pillow, duct tape on the curtain. I kept my sandals on and wouldn’t walk around on the floor. I felt nasty staying there! The room was unacceptable. I hate the fact the guy working could not provide a receipt and paid a $50 deposit for the room also without a receipt. yesterday oct 15th, I had received two deductions for payment one before 3am and one at 3am from the motel 6. Each for 52.86! I was charged 3 times for an unsatisfactory room plus it was so loud to sleep too close too the highway and the ac were both too loud. People with cars missing there muffler drove through all night randomly even in the morning time. It was discusting. I didn’t sleep well. I didn’t say anything because the $50 deposit slip had rules about if I was dissatisfied I had to let them know before 10 minutes had past. I was charged without approval wrongly twice
