Updates have been made, but the entirety of the apartment has not been completely stripped. This 575 sqft unit is on the third floor of a Garden Style apartment complex.

Great for an easy and short commute to places of work, major medical centers, SMU university, entertainment and event venues.
You may hear traffic noise from the property as we are convenient access to major roads.

Located off a side road to the freeway. Urban noises are to be expected during business hours and occasionally on non business hours.
LATE FEE: Check our time is strictly at 11am. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit.
We also often have an incoming guest the same day. We need the time to get the unit ready. Thank you for understanding that that the check out is firm by 11am.
SMOKING: PROHIBITED. If any trace of smoke/smoking will result in a $500 fine We are very strict on this house rule.
