Amazing stay! After a long flight we needed a place to just sleep to get ready for our next flight. The place was quiet and room was nice and cold. The staff made everything so easy! We got a shuttle to and from the airport. Stress free!

Room was filthy. I also had made reservations thru hotels.com and they had the reservation down for the next night. Hotels.com said I would not be charged for the extra night if the hotel would agree. The hotel did not agree so I basically paid 2 nights for a 1 nite stay.

They neglected to tell me about thw cover charge and then their facilities were dirty on top of that! The front desk staff was rude and made me feel entirely unwelcome at their facility. I would NEVER stay here again

The gentleman that checked us in itcwas afternoon was nice and professional. But I've heard this front desk lady tslking to the old msn in the morning she sounded like she was yelling at him and He was just politely asking about the ride to the aiport. I found it not necessary to raised her voice.
