Hotel was decent, however the room they put us in didn’t have any working heat and we had a baby. We were coming straight off of a long road trip and exhausted. The front desk said give it a minute to heat up because apparently front desk controls the heat. We waited and still nothing. The manager said to get space heaters and extra blankets but did eventually end up moving us at 1AM. (Mind you it was 16 degrees this night) I had to wake t he baby up, get him dressed, and moved downstairs. Some type of discount would’ve been nice but of course th manager declined. The front desk lady was new and she was a sweetheart but she also hinted the hotel had plenty issues.

The lady at the front desk was so kind. She even called me when i left my jacket. The room was clean, the shower was hot, and i got a good night's sleep. They are in the process of remodeling the outside, but do t let that deter you. Great experience and i will stay here again
