The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and the front yard was maintained. We had no problem entering the house and the owner was easy to reach. The inside of the house needs some TLC especially for the price you pay to stay. The back door blinds were completely destroyed. We had an issue with the garbage disposal, but my husband was able to fix it. Several lights were burned out on the track lighting fixture and over the stove in the kitchen. We could not turn off the undercabinet lighting in the kitchen. The kitchen faucet was very loose. Kitchen clock did not work. Backyard needs a lot of clean up. Lights over the backyard table were burned out but were fixed when we called about it. The pictures showed a diving board but there was not one.

The property was very nice and the host was very responsive. The only things that could use some improvement was that there was only 1 towel per guest so I had to go buy towels in order to use the pool and shower in the same day. There could have been more lounge pool chairs as well. There was only one. Not big cons but just some feedback. My family loved the pool and there was plenty of space for our group of 13! It was also in a safe and beautiful neighborhood!

Every detail was exactly as described. One addition not mentioned is a great playground across the street. Our toddler and parents visited several times during our stay.The pool is large and beautiful and perfect for great photo ops.Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was large enough for five women to prepare meals with no space .Rockwall is a beautiful area with lots of entertainment for families or just adults. I would definitely stay there again.

Great host and excellent neighborhood

There are many outstanding attributes to this house. The house was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, the check-in process was very easy, and our corporate host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The neighborhood is excellent, particularly if you have younger children in your group. There is a very nice community park directly across the street from this house and it was always full of the local neighborhood kids. Despite that the house and the neighborhood are pretty quiet. Oh The house was well equipped with all the supplies we needed for our two-week stay. The only reason we are not giving this a five star review is that there were way too many overlooked maintenance issues. To be clear, the host was extremely responsive and addressed every concern we had quickly. However, a five star experience should identify these issues before guests arrive. One ongoing concern is that the air conditioning compressor is outside the master bedroom very close to the bed. It is quite old and noisy. Noise is a subjective thing, but we found this to be very loud and was definitely disruptive to our sleep. We very much enjoyed this home, but would not rent it again until that issue is addressed.

Really enjoyed our stay!

Booked this lovely home in an upscale neighborhood for a week-long family vacation. It had plenty of room for our party of seven adults (and one pup). The home and property were clean and well-maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Our family spent hours enjoying the spacious backyard and pool. The location is in a nice neighborhood convenient to shopping and restaurants. The check-in process was easy, and the hosts were very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful & Quiet Oasis

Our goal was to relax and enjoy time with our family. This place was perfect for that. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The house had everything we needed to cook & enjoy meals at the property instead of eating out all week. The neighborhood was quiet and provided a safe place for morning walks. The property owners were easy to communicate with and always provided quick replies to any questions we had. We will look to stay here again on future visits.

Wonderful experience!

This home had everything we needed to make our vacation fun and memorable. Our host was incredible, quick to respond and very personable . The home has it all, a clean spacious pool (the water felt amazing in TX heat), quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds and plenty of space for us and our dog to celebrate my mother’s birthday/vacation. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay again. It is also in a great location not far from Lake Ray Hubbard, shopping, and many restaurants.

Amazing Home and Experience!!

Experience from beginning to end was flawless. Home was wonderful. Neighborhood wonderful and safe. Close to excellent grocery, restaurants and entertainment. Was absolutely perfect. We even said to ourselves that this was the most relaxed trip we had ever travelled. Awesome job to the Host and services on the ground. Highly recommend this home and Host! The property exceeded my expectations! I absolutely loved my stay. The staff offered maintenance of the home during my visit, including pool cleaning, lawn maintenance, and much much more. All of my questions or concerns were immediately resolved! I highly recommend this location!

DON’T PASS THIS ONE UP. Lovely house exceeds all expectations.

I have rented houses through VRBO before and I will say that this is the one property I have stayed at that lives up to all expectations! Photos are accurate and the house was super clean. And it is directly across the street from a cute park for the kiddos. The pool was fantastic - water was perfect and big enough to hold a family of 7 with plenty of room to swim around. Covered area to sit outside was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and the house had everything you would need. Good hot water, nice big showers and bath tub. Plenty of bedrooms for privacy if needed. (Although we weren’t inside much because the outside set up is amazing.) The host was simply fantastic - answered all of our silly questions promptly and with patience. We will definitely stay at this property again!
