The hotel was good, but the room was unclean. The bedding smelled like dog urine, which I didn’t notice until the next day. I called the front desk, but they never sent new bedding.

The staff is very helpful! As I arrived really late and the reservation went to no show and they considered it for me and let me check in! Although they have limited options for breakfast the AGM said that they are adding protein very soon! Will be back!

Not good. Main reason for choosing this hotel was because it had a pool, and a free breakfast. However, we couldn’t use the pool because there were tons of ants in it, and staff did nothing about it. And the breakfast was only low-quality bagels, which is the worst free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel that offered breakfast.

A little too bare bones...Breakfast could have at least cereal, no wifi, had to ask for a hair dryer and could not give us a receipt or even show us the final bill. Because Expedia charges them to print a receipt. Not only did I leave a credit card for any extra charges, but was charged $100 deposit at check in and told I would get it back in a few days to maybe a week. The only plus was the walk in shower.

The property was a 5/10…the room had a mildew stench to it when I arrived and the amenities were outdated. You could hear the doors slamming from other guests all day/night and it had me up all night. The breakfast was below par and I probably would not stay here again.

This place smelled like weed. Before I even walked in the door. The hotel had the basic amenities but the room smelled faintly of pet dander and body odor. Thank goodness I was only staying here one night

I always stay here when I’m in Richardson. It used to be Wingate by Wyndham now it’s Spark by Hilton. Lots of improvements! I truly enjoyed my stay. Beautiful upgrades!
