Throughout your stay, you'll appreciate the essential amenities, including a well-appointed bathroom, plush towels, and basic toiletries. Stay connected with the complimentary Wi-Fi, and keep your clothes fresh with the provided iron and ironing board. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($30 per hour) . Late check without pre-approval will be $100 fee per 30 minutes.
3) We have a very strict No Large Gathering, Events or Party Policy. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement (or those agreed upon prior to the beginning of your stay). Unfortunately, anything’s beyond that might lead to a forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment.
If you are unsure if your reservation abides by these restrictions please consult before booking.
