We were very comfortable at this hotel. The room was comfortable and very quiet and there was a very nice breakfast included in the price. I want especially to emphasize that the front desk worker Alex went out of his way to help us in many different ways and we are grateful. We are coming back to Dallas twice in the next 2 months and we will stay there both times.

We were only there for 1 night before flying out of DFW which is fairly close. The room was adequate and clean, the king bed was comfortable. We had a good night sleep. It was a short UBER ride to Epic central where there are some good restaurants with a view of a man made lake. The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early without an extra fee. It’s not the Ritz but it was exactly what we needed for a afternoon/night and early flight in the morning.

Nice enough staff and property was alright. The only thing is the reservation said Queen beds when the beds were actually full size. Feel like it was false advertising. Did not get checked in. Front desk was extremely rude. I was told there was no reservation. They had several locations in the area and that I was at the wrong one. Clearly I had address from booking. I was never checked in and they won’t refund.
