DO NOT STAY HERE HORRIBLE

The room was in hortibke shape, smelled straight like pee.. offered another room that smelled worse. I had to pay $100 deposit for a room that was $59 then they regused to give me a receipt saying they don't do that. I paid for a room with free breakfast to no coffee or breakfast. She said she would put out granola bars that was the free breakfast. I asked for a manager she gave me 2 different names then handed me a card with neither name and a # to the front desk. I know bc i called right in front of her. So since i was demanding a receipt bc 1- got to my left didn't have to pay deposit 2- lady to my right had fraudulent charges from them on her card due called the police on me for asking for a receipt. I was not hostile.

The staff was super friendly and as someone traveling on a budget. Their under 2$ snack and drink vending machine options saved my day. No complaints but one..the shuttle. I kept calling the phone , over and over but no one answered and no directions other then to call to arrange. I asked around airport staff and figured out if i went to a lower level at the airport and stood in a specific spot the suttle should appear. Dont expect fast service on the shuttle. I stood outside of the airport for an hour.

This property was great for the price. We had to stay the night due to our flight being delayed so we didn’t want to spend much only to sleep a couple hours. Breakfast is grab and go but I really appreciated having the airport shuttle. The driver was very friendly.

Absolutely will not stay here again. It was the worst experience I have ever had in customer service out of anywhere I have ever been. We travel frequently and I worked and managed in customer service in my younger years so I understand what the job takes. I love leaving large tips and great reviews but unfortunately I cannot do that here.

You get what you pay for

The primary reason I booked the hotel was for the shuttle. In the end after waiting an hour at the Airport with nobody caring to answer the phone, even calling proved to be very expensive as I was using an international number. I did NOT get a shuttle as the phone went unanswered. I had to pay 23 USD for Uber to reach the hotel which in hindsight meant i could have stayed in a better Hotel. 2) Room condition was poor, the bathroom floor tiles in my room were broken and just laid loosely on the floor ( 2 tiles) very dangerous and slippery if one fell there. 3) Rates - The hotel rates were on the lower side, but all those discounts come to nothing in the absence of a shuttle I would definitely opt for a better hotel next time. 4) They say continental breakfast included which basically is a bar of Granola, Orange or Apple juice and coffee. 5) Reception staff were good, but negative points for whoever is answering the calls. The pics are deceptive, probably they were taken whent he hotel was new. I didnt take any pics unfortunately, I never thought Id need them and there was nothing fancy in the room to have a pic clicked. Overall you get what you pay for so in proportion to the price, for someone on a shoe string budget, I would rate this 3 stars.

People upstairs were extremely noisy could hear them stomping all night. When I got there there was a sign on the desk that said be back in 15 minutes. But I actually had to bang on a wall to get the front desk persons attention. I went to the desk twice after no one was there then. The hallway smelled bad.

This super 8 is the same as it has been for years. It was a great value, with no frills, and maybe a little something to be had. I would absolutly stay here again. The shhuttle got me both ways and wasnt late. There was coffee and juice in the morning at 6am.

I would never stay in that place, it's super dirty, they never came to clean my room, when I arrived there were some stinky shoes behind the door, the toilet was clogged, the truth is it was a horrible experience

Breakfast was advertised, there was no breakfast, some times fruit bars some times nothing. Management is requested to read the definition of breakfast, it was misleading. The hot water was filled from the tap and put there. Coffee was always cold.
