The fully equipped kitchen was amazing even though our stay was short. I would choose it for a longer stay. The shower was very nice and the breakfast was fulfilling.

New Build, Safe but Frustrating

Loud next to front desk. Smelled like marijuana every time I walked in the lobby. Last morning I was there the fire alarm went off at 8 and it was due to inside smoking. Additionally, I was charged twice but two different amounts. One cleared and one is pending. So it’s either the hotel, hotels.com but it’ll be the usual game of the bank blaming the hotel and the hotel blaming the bank. Towels and trash are only addressed every other day. Otherwise, the best part was the rain shower head and full kitchen.

Hotel was nice! Had everything in the room you could think of. The walls were a little thin though and the shower had some rust on the floors. The lady that checked us in was very nice. Her customer service was above and beyond.

Although it’s a new hotel that hasn’t been open very long, there are workmanship issues. The glass shower wall was not properly sealed to the shower pan and wall, so it leaked out under the floor. Roller latches for the closet door are too tight, making it very difficult to open and close.

I recently stayed at this hotel while visiting a friend in Forney, Texas. I chose it because it was conveniently close to her home, and overall, it was a great choice. The property is beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our week-long stay. While the location isn’t particularly walkable, access to fast food, grocery stores, and restaurants was easy via Uber, so getting around wasn't a problem. That said, there were a couple of downsides. I requested toilet paper from housekeeping and had to wait over two hours before eventually going to the front desk to get it myself. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made rinsing off quite frustrating. Despite those inconveniences, the stay was pleasant overall, and I would consider staying here again due to its location and the welcoming atmosphere.
