Great hotel

The hotel was super nice. I hated there is no microwave in the room. We didn’t realize this until we were ready to warm up our food after a fun night. The only other complaint is the elevator wait time since they have a roof top bar. The hotel is right next to Medieval Times which is something we are wanting to do. We will definitely visit again.

You have so-called valet people standing around telling incoming hotel guests to figure out their own parking issues. No assistance for parking and waiting over 30 minutes to get into the lobby to check in. It’s ridiculous because of bar folks!! Charge them for parking instead of hotel guests since they seemed to get priority!!

My boyfriend and I visited Dallas to attend a concert at the American Airlines Center (AAC) and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is within a walkable distance to the AAC and other locations downtown if you don’t want to drive or get an Uber/Lyft. Our room was clean and we didn’t have any issues with it. I make reservations through the front desk or Expedia I get a handicapped room( when we get to the property they don’t have a room for me that,s assessable EVERYTIME!thank goodness for an exceptional employee that went out of her way to get me in a room that I could use “MIA”that’s her name,she was kind and considerate to everyone….i have been promised thousands of points from HILTON FOR MESSING UP MY RESERVATION! I’ve not seen even one(1) yet.Lasr year for my sisters BD in July ,I booked 3 nights in Dallas on 75,then called back to see if I could book it another night…they said”sure”.we get to the property and that room had not been available for one whole month, so for our inconvenience they gave us 10,000 points( a whole 20-25 dollars….ive yet to see that…then we went to Vegas and was promised 3,000 points if we booked before Christmas…still waiting on our points….i have NEVER gotten anything they promised…..also was given 2 breakfast credits once, when I got my bill ,they charged us for one….then to top it off they make you feel likes it’s our fault( not Mia)!!!im just touching the surface here on This reply,I feel it’s going to deaf ears….I am very Leary of booking with Hilton anymore

I was completely surprised by TRU! It’s a no “fluff” hotel but artistically creates an efficient and pleasant environment. The staff are delightfully engaging and helpful. The property is spotless and each member takes pride in creating hospitality in “my hotel”. The restaurant on the roof top makes killer chicken nachos and provides a sparkling view and casually comfortable veranda

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Customer service was amazing. Always greeted when I was coming and going. Breakfast was good. The bar on the 9th floor was good as well as the view was beautiful!! Next time I visit Dallas this hotel will be my first choice.

I stayed three nights and had a rental for the day. Parking is a fee but there are spaces. The hotel is in a safe place but I used Uber to get around. The room was clean but only thing is the fridge was not cleaned. There was leftover food still there when I arrived. Housekeeping came once during my stay for trash pickup and towel replacement. The staff was friendly and breakfast was free. Overall a nice place to stay.
