This was a beautiful property very convenient to downtown Dallas and all shopping areas of Dallas. The only negative that I do have is that the hotel is too close to the interstate and if you are a light sleeper like myself the highway noise will keep you up all night.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. Parking was handled terribly when we returned to the property at night before the bar upstairs closed. Cars were double parked everywhere and no spots were left for hotel guests. We had to wait until someone from the bar left to be able to park. Elevators didn’t work and stairwell doors were locked for random floors. There should be key card access to stairwell floors.

The staff, amenities, and breakfast were wonderful, however our trip was overshadowed by a frustrating event. The rooftop bar “The monkey bar” is rowdy, and ridiculously busy. When we returned from our dinner we were informed that the manager said there is no parking available for hotel guests because the bar/valet was full. The employees did their best to get us parked after some time, but it was a very frustrating situation. Our parking fee was thankfully waived but I would never recommend this hotel to anyone due to that bar. The crowds were very drunk, loud, and reeked of marijuana. The manager refused to show up to assist with the issue, and refused to take calls. Minus the very large parking and bar issue, we had a decent time. The room was clean and nice, the staff was beyond excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s the nights that leave you wishing you booked somewhere else.

Our stay here was overall very good! The rooms were clean, and the staff nice. We stayed on the 8th floor and during our stay there was a party on the roof. (They have a bar up there) We could hear the music playing loudly past 9 p.m. which was a little annoying but we were probably the only ones who heard is at it was directly above us. The hotel is right next to a highway, which isn’t a big deal until someone late at night zooms down the highway at three a.m. This obviously isn’t the hotels problem, but is something to think of when booking.

Great place…however the roof top bar ends up being an issue….they care more about valeting the bar customers than they do about letting the people who stay there have priority to get in the parking lot..we waited 30 min before I had to go address the valet person that we needed to get to our room…also 2 elevators is not enough with the bar issue and the hotel patrons…waited 20 min at a time for the elevator to come down just to step in sticky spilled drinks and deal with drunk bar goers…

Staff was very nice. Room was very clean. Very busy hotel though. With a bar being on top floor there is a lot of traffic in the lobby. Parking is difficult, and I wouldn’t recommend a room facing the highway. It was super noisy.
