I have stayed in hotels half the price which had coffee makers and mucrowaves...this one didn't have any. The room next to me were banging all night, must of had a new shippment of ed meds. I spent the night after a medical procedure, recovery is rough. Breakfast was ok. Nothing great.

The amenities were great downstairs- staff was great! The lobby was peaceful and serene even offering a sitting area and pool table! Outside of the fire pit being broken downstairs was great! But the one thing we could not deal with was the air conditioner in the room. It was very stuffy and did not consistently stay cool. It felt cooler outside than it did in the room.

The room was a little dirty, the floor seemed like it wasn’t swept and the beds could’ve been better made. The mini split was very very noisy at night. Other than that it was good.

One of the lights didn’t work. Heating unit was so loud it sounded like an airplane and bathroom looked pretty worn. We had stayed at a different Tru by Hilton and it was nice. This one not so much.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I had an issue with the ac right away and someone came up to my room to help within a few minutes. Breakfast was good. They were out of coffee but, had backup ready to whisk out for us immediately.
