Comfortable stay

We had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, was quiet, and bed was comfortable. We had difficulty with the heat and the front desk sent maintenance right away to fix it. We ate dinner in the restaurant. Very good food.

Bugs in the shower, no housecleaning or clean towels on two separate days - had to ask for clean towels and we got them one day but not the next, the room was dark and depressing, cabinet door holding fridge kept opening up, safe door would only stay closed if there was a piece of felt put on top of the door, many cigarette butts out in front of the main entrance, a traveling microwave left out in the hallway at different rooms, toilet plunger left out in the hallway.

The girl and the dust was awesome. She was quick very courtesy. The rooms were nice and clean. The lobby was clean the nice and yes, I will stay there again.

The lobby was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We liked the heated pool but we felt like we were getting kicked out for swim lessons. The room coffee was horrible and we had to put it in water glasses. There weren’t any coffee cups. The luggage cart was hard to get up the ramp to our room. The wallpaper was warped and the trim was coming off the wall. Also the trash cans didn’t have liners and were very small.

Almost bulldozer time

This hotel is on the way out. Not taken care of,smells like Marijuana in the hallways all the time. A lot of unsavory like looking clientele. The maid doesn't come everyday at all,even when you ask the front desk why they are not coming. It was cheap,that's why we went.
