I was unable to stay at the location due to policies regarding being from a place and staying at the hotel. Told the general manager that I don't currently stay in Danville I am just from Danville was not accepted. However they worked with expedia to get me a refund so I am thankful for that.

Let me start with what went well.. very clean, staff was friendly and a hot breakfast was nice. What didn't go well ... the bed was atrocious. The head was lower than the feet and there was such a dip in the middle you literally rolled together. Terrible nights sleep and a very sore back 😪 When I told the staff they said " Oh yeah the last guy yo stay in room 304 said the same thing about that bed, thanks for bringing it to our attention" So they wrre aware and didn't do a thing about it. Was hardly worth the money we spent.

Great stay

The stay at Best Western is always good. However, this is the second visit where there were no dollies to take your luggage to the room. Therefore several trips were needed to get things from the car to the room. Also, the hotel doesn't use trash bags in the trashcans inside of the rooms. They said it was done on purpose, which I guess is their decision. It could cause a mess, especially if you have a child in diapers/pullups. Otherwise the room was satisfactory as always.
