Took long time to check in. They didn't have enough towels in bathroom when ask for towels they didn't want to give you any. You had to go down a dark stairway to get ice and you had to pay for the ice and didn’t get very much when got back to the room it had dirt on the ice which we couldn't see in the dark area where ice machine was and dark staircase.

they had a shooting there, the manager did not seem concerned when we felt unsafe, so we left and he never apologize

The drain latch on the tub was missing and stuffed with paper towels! The tub is permanently stained. The too-short curtains were hung with the top12” of the windows not covered. The office counter top has black areas where there was tape a long time ago. Small rodents and bugs would be able to enter the room through the big space under the door. The bedroom floor has been recently replaced—a plus.

We do like this particular motel due to the close proximity to our family we visit once a year or so, however, the bathrooms could use some additional surface cleaning.

Lots of noise outside of hotel room. Heard several gun shots. Groups of people outside of hotel room. Hand towels and towels soiled.

It was so old and falling apart. I didn’t stay. Went to a different hotel lost 😡 the money but I did not care. The bed was horrible and the shower looked scary.

I can take a dated property, but I can't take a place that's dirty. Our room was filthy. The good thing was there was no insects other than the little sewer flies that look like fruit flies. They're harmless though. I don't know how this place got a customer rating of 7.8 out of 10. It's a 5 out of 10 and that's being generous. The price was the only thing going for it. I do have to say, the workers there are nice.
