The service was good, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom however appeared mostly clean, but there was dirt on one of the small shelves in the shower and the shower curtain had mold on it. Made me wonder how well the rest of the room was actually cleaned. We were just staying for one night to attend a concert so it worked well for us. We slept well and it was quiet.

When we arrived, the entire property smelled of cigarette smoke, even outside. The room was definitely smoked in. The sheets on the bed were soiled, with some kind of dark matter smudged into them. To touch, the stuff was easily smeared and it was obvious the sheets had not been properly washed. The towels were extremely small and inadequate. Check-in was easy, but we were asked to pay an addition $100 which made no sense. They said it was a deposit, so we'd better get it back!

Yes hard to review this place. It's close to things you need or want, it's clean but kind of Par in every way. It's work the money you pay, just wish there was little bottles of lotion

This property is extremely dated. Bed did not even have a fitted sheet. Only one thin blanket. Bed was basically foam. No chairs to sit outside room. Booked 2 rooms back in march, we were not even togetger. Would never recomend this place

I don’t recommend this motel. The water pressure in the shower was so feeble that we chose not to shower in the morning of departure. The a/c went off in the middle of the night, room temperature rose to 82F, causing us to wake up.i I had to reset the power to the a/c unit. The room refrigerator was leaking water. The morning office employee didn’t speak English.

A serviceable place to spend the night. Get a second floor room, though. The noise through the first floor ceiling was incredible. Conversations clear as day. Stopped at bed time so a good sleep.

I had mistakenly booked this hotel as I thought it was pet friendly. Thankfully I wasn’t turned away and was able to enjoy my visit to Dartmouth.
