Several problems with the condo. Ice maker did not work, dryer squeaks loudly, stove light did not work, track lighting did not work, outside of refrigerator and cabinets were dirty, exhaust fan did not work in master bedroom, screw out of dresser door handle, ceiling fans were dusty, trim around floor was dirty/dusty, mold on ceiling above the television in living room, shower curtain was moldy, paint peeling from ceiling, dishes/pains were dirty, there was left over pieces of an onion ring left on the outside stairs by the trash chute, pool had several cracked tiles.

Room was nice! Beds were amazing! The dryer made a horrible noise and it couldn’t be fixed. The beach is such a long walk from the boardwalk, our feet got burnt from the sand being so hot. Overall a great place! We would stay again!

The condo was a great fit for my self, husband, 2 sons and their wives. It was clean and well stocked. We brought groceries to cook breakfast and lunch. Condo was located within walking distance to a couple restaurants and a couple minutes drive to other restaurants and golf course. Balcony view was worth the . Great experience will be back again next year. (Ps. Dryer works well but squeaks really loud. We would put our load in then go to dinner.

Nice place to stay

Beach front, we had room 211. Like the other reviewers said, no curtains in the livingroom, not a big deal, you get full time view of the beach. The room could use a refresh but it was clean and comfortable. No problems with gate or room keypads as another reviewer had said. We only got in the pool once, 3 feet on each end and 6 foot in the middle. I’d guess both pools were the same. The pools were beet and clean, maybe 5 or 5 lounge chairs at each one. We spent the mornings at west beach and the beach at the property and afternoons running around. I would stay here again, it was a nice getaway.

Perfect in every way

This property checked every single box in what we were looking for for our vacation. It was clean, comfortable, and the view of the gulf was picture perfect from the balcony, living room and main bedroom. It was so quiet and relaxing. All staff on the property we helpful and friendly. Do not hesitate to stay here. We will definitely be returning.

Quiet getaway for the two of us.

We love Dauphin Island and usually stay at the Inn. Unit #211 was perfect for us. Ut was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location & access to beach. Older condo building in general with minor maintenance needs but clean & a great value for what we paid. Pools were clean & nice. Great view of the ocean. I would stay here again!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Outstanding location for a family beach getaway, far from the traffic of mainland beaches. Unit was well-maintained and all check-in and check-out processes were very easy. Kitchen had all that we needed, and the full-size washer and dryer were a huge plus. We will certainly be back.

So nice!

My husband and I stayed at this property on a second honeymoon. The weather wasn't the greatest but I'm very thankful for staying at this condo. We were able to sit on the balcony and still enjoy the view. It's a short walk to the beach which was awesome. The condo was very clean. The mattress is a bit firm. Not a negative thing just an FYI. And plenty of new towels 😊

Disappointed

Property was no where near clean, towels had holes in them and there were only 3 wash clothes. Furniture was dusty, dirt was on the floors and a dirty cup was on the shelf of the coffee table in plain site upon entering the condo. Extremely disappointed!!! And should be refunded some of the cleaning fee because clearly it’s not being cleaned!! Property needs updating in a serious way.

Daughter’s Beach Wedding

We arrived on a Saturday night and the after hours check in process was simple. We were here for my daughter’s wedding (which was taking place that Monday). We stayed in 211, and our condo was exactly as described. It actually surpassed what I envisioned. My fiancĂ© is in a wheelchair and he was able to get around everywhere inside and out. We also had rented a special wheelchair for him to access the beach. I contacted the manager after hours and on a Sunday and he diligently got back with me on where we could store the power chair since it was bulky and wouldn’t fit through the condo door. The day after the wedding, the manager, Tim, personally came and spoke with us to assure all was well. THAT is amazing service! I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning next year.
