First off. Kalya at the front desk was an absoluteI angel and super helpful she alone gets 5 stars! I booked and paid for an accessible room that said the beds were lower height. My sister was my travel companion and is disabled and uses a walker. The beds so high she could not get into it. The front office offered a step ladder but she would bot have been able to step up on the ladder. They offered a roll away but it was a twin and then put us in a room with a fold out couch but the toilet was toddler size! We ended driving back to Denver through the night from Davenport after driving 900 miles to begin the trip.
