Front desk staff was polite, pool was clean In the kitchenette in my room there was a visible roach/bug bait station on the floor next to the fridge (grossed us out&hard to eat in the room with it), visible old food in kitchenette next to fridge. Also couch in room was quiet dirty/stained - needs shampooed.

Yes, there was a pipe burst and intense homidity with dozens of dehumidifiers around. It was not safe and inhabitable.

The room definitely felt neglected, like is was under an attempted rehab. The doors weren’t painted, the door jamb were barely thrown on. I had to lift the toilet lid up in order to flush the toilet and the bathroom ceiling is in its last leg which ruined the energy for the rest of the room. Didn’t even want to sit on the couch. I don’t know if a lot of workers come through and destroy the place and it constantly has to be fixed but the hotel isn’t that old and the extent of repair my room which I’m sure is almost every room needs was shocking. I hope this turns around and you get the funds needed to do proper repairs

Perfect location. We could walk to several different bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly. The hot breakfast was average. We did like the sides and cold options, and we appreciated the soda fountain. The elevator was painfully slow!

The hotel was nice and suited our purpose for stayed with our dog. The breakfast was good and love the fresh berries. The bacon was cooked perfectly. The breakfast area is clean and very cozy and decorated nicely for Halloween and then for thanksgiving. We enjoyed our stay

One of our fave hotels to stay at when we’re in the area!! We usually stay here when we have a tournament in Bettendorf. It’s an easy drive to & from the facility. The hotel has a great free breakfast. Also was set up earlier than their scheduled weekend time as well which was a plus. I love the essentials that come in the bathroom because it saves us stuff to pack. The standard suite is big enough for a party of 4 & there’s room for a pack n play or whatever you need too.
