The staff were all very friendly and so accommodating! The room was clean and fresh smelling. The on-site laundry facilities were an added bonus! The dining (dinner and breakfast) was excellent!!

Location was good in proximatey for our needs, downtown area seemed safe and well maintained. Short-drive to restaurants and shopping that we needed to do. Room was decent and clean, had some very minor deferred maintenance needed. All hotel staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Only minor complaint was that in evening hours it was difficult to find parking. There was also construction that took up some of the parking so it may be better in the future. The construction noise was a bit annoying also in the weekday mornings while trying to sleep, but again, this is not a long-term issue.

Surprisingly Great Hotel and Area

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was great with Starbucks in the restaurant which was a nice surprise. The area around the hotel was clean with nice restaurants and shops. Overall a great experience.

Sketchy WiFi!

Hotel appears to be recently updated. Area around the hotel is a little sketchy with homeless appearing people on benches by the hotel day and night. I am disabled and stayed at the hotel while my husband had things to tend to while in Springfield. I was unable to connect to the supposed Free Wi-Fi on my fairly new Apple phone. The desk clerk’s response was “that happens sometimes with newer phones”. What? I had to use my personal cellular data to entertain myself, when I should have been able to use the Wi-Fi for free with our booking.

Comfortable and clean hotel; good dining options in an enclosed public market across the street. We stayed one night, and the only issue is that in the morning, we were repeatedly asked when we were leaving. Check out was at noon. My husband went to take a big suitcase out early, and a staff person followed him out to the parking lot and asked if he was leaving. Someone called the room and asked when we were leaving. An hour later, my husband was again asked when we were leaving. We checked out by noon, and at two minutes past, I met my husband in the lobby so we could go out to the car, and the woman behind the desk, when I came in, said hello and I said hello back, and when I walked past her to another part of the lobby where my husband was, she said, 'Excuse me, can I HELP you?' which just felt so weird and unfriendly. Maybe the latter incident happened because they are a downtown hotel so they have to be a little guarded, but the vibe in the morning was definitely 'get out of here' to paying guests, even well before check out. But great AC. I'll give them that!

Ice machine was out on our floor. The refrigerator is too small. Might as well have NONE! Trash can too small. Leave extra bags or something. The drain in the tub was sloooow. Breakfast was a little expensive so we opted out. Microwave in every room! PLEASE
