Don't, under any circumstances, take a room with an "arcade view"! The view is internal view of empty spaces, and they never turn off the lights so your room will be bright all night long regardless of curtain configuration. The area is also in a bad neighborhood and between the beggars and homeless it felt very unsafe and unsavory.
This is literally a brand new hotel right in the middle of downtown Dayton. It is in the arcade building, a historic building that has recently been brought back to life after 25 years being closed. Itâs very nice inconvenient. The staff seems very excited to be there.
