We stayed four nights at this property and found it to be clean, comfortable, safe and conveniently located for our Dayton visit. One of several unexpected highlight of the property is the securely fenced enormous private and well maintained rear yard which we found perfect for playing with our dog and visiting grandchildren. The fire pit is a nice touch but would benefit from a supply of kindling and firewood.Another unexpected positive we encounter was the ample supply of quality bath linens. Typically an amenity not liberally provided, we never wanted for a fresh towel.We note only the following minor shortcomings, all related to kitchen supplies: No hot pads to protect dinning surfaces from hot served foods. Limited kitchen surface disinfectant cleaners, kitchen wash cloths, kitchen towels. Beyond salt and pepper, no basic cooking spices. Limited simple leftover food storage supplies. No refuse recycling. Despite the minor shortcomings noted, my wife and I unhesitatingly give this Vrbo property a FIVE star rating and hope to stay again in the future.
