Our check in was stressful cause they had us spray checked in at 8 am for the first day and the front desk staff had no idea. He said we didn’t have a room. He was able to find the reservation papers after my husband almost blew up on him. We had five people in our party but was only given four towels and TWO wash rags. The house keeping staff was polite and very helpful! The lay out of the room was great but the beds were small and hard. Great access to the beach though.

Well, let’s start with the surprise of parking at which they automatically put on your charge card and if you buy the insurance for your stay, it’s a scam because I bought it and then they said oh by the way you can’t cancel at the best Western so I wasted money on the cancellation insurance then I get to the room and it smells like mold and mildew the carpet soaked, but they did change our room and then the new room. The sink was clogged so out of the pool the screws were coming out of the deck and if you did not walk gingerly, you’re going to the hospital for stitches the pool bottom is all coming off the concrete all in the bottom of the pool And it’s very old.

The door to the balcony was broken and wife cut arm badly. I accidently left my watch in room and it disappeared. We didn't realize it was missing until we got back home. It was an expensive watch. Housekeeping said they looked everywhere and didn't find it. Only one other person had entered the room and that was the person who the front desk sent up to repair the balcony door. He was the only person who entered our room during our stay as we had sign on door that indicated we did not require housekeeping. I may have to fill out a police report. We filled out an incidenet report for the arm injury
