The property is not bad, it’s alright. It’s nice that it’s right by the beach. You can’t use their phone if you need assistance, no such thing as front desk or housekeeping. When we check out at dawn, the lady working just asked if we were checking out but did not let us in. She took our names and closed the door. We stood outside waiting. She came back and gave our receipt outside of the door. Weirdest check-out ever.

Most of the staff were great especially Tina and Ravi! The pool is very clean along with the rooms. Some minor issues were noted: broken electrical outlet cover in my room, the tub / shower drain was very slow and the toilet, you had to hold the handle down to get it to flush. I would stay here again.

Kind staff, comfy bed, just not for us- see detail

It sure why people complain about the elevator being hot. It is an outdoor elevator and it would never be air conditioned. For what it was, the hotel was fine. Personally I do not like to stay anywhere where the door to my room is outside. I just don’t feel safe. The elevator did require a key card so at least that was 1 safety aspect, but there were pizza menus stuffed in each door on our floor so someone was able to come up. For that reason we would not stay here again, but the staff/woman at the front was extremely pleasant and so very kind. If it were not for the one thing we would definitely stay here again. If that doesn’t matter to you then this is a perfect spot for a short stay!

The hallway and elevator were uncomfortably warm. There were cracks in the walls, and while some holes above the AC had been spackled, they weren’t painted or smoothed out. One coffee cup was missing, and the other was cracked. The room itself was clean, and the staff and maintenance team were friendly. However, the overall upkeep of the hotel is below expectations. Additionally, it would be thoughtful for hotels to offer breakfast options that don’t contain pork, as not all guests eat it.

Place is pretty decent. And pretty clean. Staff was ok when you see them. I just don’t like the lady that did the check out. I guess I was a bother cause she had to pause her face time and gave me a dirty look. Sorry but that’s your job and if you had no customers you wouldn’t have a dam job so suck it up.
