This is Daytona's only 5 star resort. This ocean front unit has miles of breathtaking views. This unit is conveniently located on the 15th floor with the perfect view of the ocean. The bedroom boasts upscale bedding to maximize comfort during your stay. If you are looking for a relaxing, direct ocean front condo, you are looking in the right place.

The bedroom features 2 queen sized beds with inviting beach decor. The living room continues the beachy feel of the bedroom with a large ocean front balcony. The couch in the living room opens into a queen sleeper to maximize occupancy. There is a full kitchen opening into the living room, so everyone has an ocean view. This kitchen has everything you need so just go pick up the groceries. The unit also has it's own washer and dryer. Every room has it's own TV with cable. The living room features a flatscreen TV for winding down after a long day of fun in the sun.

With free secure private parking and walking distance to the Boardwalk, Ocean Center, and Seabreeze clubs you don't need to go any where once your here. The amenities available to guests are amazing. From the massive ocean front heated pool, to the lazy river, to the hot tubs and kid splash and of course the beach, there will be plenty of ways for you to and your family to relax and enjoy the in the sun in style. The onsite Ocean Walk shoppes and restaurants are guaranteed to entertain. There is a movie theater when you are ready for a break from the sun, and so many restaurant options including Bubba Gump Shrimp and Sloppy Joe's. Its truly a great place to make long lasting memories.

Per the resort, the minumum age to rent is 21. Also, local guests from Daytona, Ormond, or Holly Hill Florida will be refused check in at the resort due to recent incidents related to locals throwing parties.

Great view and location

The unit had a great view of the oceanand pool. The unit was high enough up that I didn’t hear any outside noise. We were lucky enough to catch the fireworks post a bandshell show over the ocean. I am not sure if someone had not stayed in the unit prior to us for a while, as the linens smelled stale and the dishwasher was broken. So I did need to wash linens prior to sleeping. The management team was quick to respond to my concern about the dishwasher and offered to replace it while we were there. We declined as to not disrupt our stay. The tv remote needed new batteries and the team was quick to bring new batteries. Good responsive management team.The building overall had good amenities. I never found the mini golf shown in the photos. Some floors, the elevator button does not work right and you may need to go up to go down. The lazy river isn’t actually “lazy” as kids would swim through it fast or jump in from random sections. Some adults even just stood in there as talked to people.

Stayed here for a cheerleading event at the bandshell. It was right next to the bandshell. The pools and lazy river were great. Located near lots of dining options too.
