The room was extremely clean, and the receptionist checking us in was very helpful. Amazing facilities with rooftop lounge and viewing terrace. The only drawback was the building work starting next door, which slightly impacted the enjoyment of the balcony.

Beautiful condo like room. Felt very safe given that you need your wrist band to get in everything! I love the gym, play area to pay pool and there was lots of space. My boyfriend and I always stay at the Max when we do a staycation, and the staff and the room was always wonderful, I booked a two bedroom, ocean view, and it was partial view at best, and when I asked the woman at checkin if we could have a higher floor room, she seemed so uninterested in helping or trying to accommodate us at all, we were on floor 4, and all we heard was road noise the whole weekend, the windows in the room was dirty, we checked in and the room was set to 80 degrees, I don’t know if the Max has been going through something, but it wasn’t up to standard I always expected and received from them. Probably won’t stay there again.

The entire facility and our room was very up scaled and beautiful! 6 girlfriends shared a 2 bedrm, 2 bath suite with a queen sofa bed and ocean/city view. We felt like we were at a posh resort! When comparing to other hotels in the area that could accommodate this many people it was very reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back!
