The moment you enter this 6th floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter the spacious living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings and a smart television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. The adjacent dining area is surrounded by windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This condo even includes a washer and dryer for added convenience!

This condo boasts four spacious bedrooms and 3 luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront master suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. The master bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms each hold a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom. One of the full bathroom contains an additional entrance. The fourth bedroom also boasts a queen bed which includes a television as well.

Follow the sound of the waves through the living room and onto your private, oceanfront balcony. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Great place!

Christmas at the beach

We were very happy with the accomodations. We have a son who has autism and this allowed him to have his own space which is extremely impotant. We enjoyed being right on the beach and being able to see the beach and intercoastal waterway.

Beautiful condo on the beach

Condo is roomy with beautiful furniture, plenty of towels, and a fantastic view. Bonus was Netflix was available. Heated pool and hot tub, which was great because the temperature was too cold for swimming in the ocean. Beautiful sunsets! Within walking distance to Crabby Joes which had great drinks and food. Also garage parking which kept the sand from blowing on your car.

Nice Beach Week

This place was clean and comfortable. There were sufficient kitchen tools and bath towels. Really no extras. No hand soap, no counter cleaner, no sponge, no laundry soap. Come prepared with all consumable supplies or plan to purchase them. Otherwise, everything was fantastic once we got through the check-in process.

Spartan apartment

The apartment was clean and spacious. We had stayed in another unit of the building previously and thought we knew what to expect. Beautiful views, safe and clean. We were disappointed in the provisions for our stay. For example, there were only two dishwasher tabs and half a small bottle of dish soap. We bought the identical bottle of dish soap for $1.89 and wondered why either a full bottle or half a regular sized bottle was not provided. The vacuum worked fine but there were no other cleaning supplies available. Over the week we wanted to clean the kitchen, bathrooms and floors. One would think that the owners would want that too. We also ran out of toilet paper. There was no salt, pepper sugar or any other basic condiments. A little attention to amenities and a couple of bucks invested would have made our stay more memorable.

Exceptional Place

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. Ambiance and decor is lovely. Communication was a breeze. We greatly enjoyed the very well stocked kitchen, which allowed for making many wonderful meals and even packing travel meals/snacks with the Tupperware available. Would most certainly rent again if ever returning to Daytona area.

property management not friendly or willing to work with you especially when you have friends or family coming in to visit. parking is limited. had a friend come and visit us for desert Easter Sunday night from 6-8:30pm and their car was towed. no management was there for parking pass for a hour or anyone to speak with, it cost our friends $185 to get their car out of the impound Easter Sunday evening, not happy and will NEVER stay here again. the unit was nice but the management was incredibly unprofessional rude and not willing to accommodate anyone.

Perfect!

The pictures of the property are accurate. The condo was sparkling clean. We took towels but didn’t need too. We don’t cook on vacation but could have! The beach locker had so many chairs,floats, etc. and we left sand toys and tubes behind as well. Perfect vacation in a perfect place! Walking to dinner at Crabby Joe’s on the pier which was a plus. We have not one complaint!
