Outstanding Studio

This studio unit was very clean, exceptionally well-stocked with great views. Easy check-in. Comfortable bed. A bit noisy due to repairs, but quiet in the afternoon and evening. Easy access to beach with lots of beach stuff provided. Will definitely stay again soon.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was an excellent communicator, and the condo looked exactly like the photos—very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We appreciated the extras like beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels. The location felt very safe with incredibly easy access to the beach. Although some construction was happening, we barely noticed it since the unit is on the north side of the building. The views were great—ocean on one side and river on the other. It was the perfect spot for the two of us!

The owner was very nice. The unit was very clean. It was centrally located, good location. The complex was under construction and was very noisy and dusty. We were woken up at 8am with a jack hammer outside our unit. No pool, no cafe.

This was a very nice little studio condo. The location is nice at the confluence of 2 major roads. Bed was comfortable, had a small coffee maker, and kitchen looked to have all the major items. Bathroom looked newly remodeled, with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Only drawback there was the fan in the ceiling made a very annoying sound..... The balcony opened to the side of the building, but you can still see and hear the beach. The building itself is under renovation, so no restaurant, and you cannot just walk directly into the beach from the building. You need to walk on the entry street, but only about 50 yards tops. I do not think you will find nicer for the cost!
