The beach view was the main reason we booked this house. The view was beautiful! We were lucky that we booked the house during the “off-season” - meaning full summer hadn’t started yet. Since the beach isn’t private, there were people claiming their spots and using the beach right there every day - including early in the mornings with music. Thankfully the backyard/house is up a little hill so they weren’t right right there, but something to note. During prime season, I’m sure it’s even more packed all day, so something to keep in mind. Also - we were expecting the house to be overall cleaner than it was. Not expecting perfection, but considering the cost, we were disappointed in some of the cleanliness in areas and ended up doing some cleaning on our own. Would recommend the house to other people but just some things to keep in mind! The view though was unbeatable.

We had 4 small chidlren in our group. The property was in a great location and had a nice outdoor space for BBQ meals and out door activity. The beach was right out our door which made it so easy to run in for lunch and nap time. The facility had some normal wear and tear but was clean and comfortable. We had a great time.Virginia Myers

It was the perfect amount of space for our large family and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The home was beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and sofas. The pool room and game room are great touches and provided entertainment for all. I loved that check-out wasn’t extensive as some we’ve stayed in. I do feel the home would really benefit from a hot tub on the deck, as it was very cold a few of the days of our stay and would have been nice to have. We would book again in the future for our family gatherings.

The host was very responsive before our stay. We had no issues while we were there. They even had spices in the cabinet and most vacation rentals never have that. We had plenty of dishwasher pods, washing pods for clothes. Plenty of paper towels. Only need your own shampoo and conditioner along with more trash bags. But other than that lets talk about the view from this beach house! It was AMAZING! We really enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of room for all of us, and we had a good size group! Also relaly enjoyed hearing the waves at all times. If your looking for a great location with unimaginable views this is the place! We were here for bike week 2026 and it wasnt loud staying here even though there were motorcycles everywhere. Great location! We will definitely be staying here again! I highly recommend.

We had a great time, the house is great for a large party. The unobstructed panoramic view off the back porch to the ocean is beautiful. But, this house could use those final touches which have to mentioned in pervious reviews. You'll definitely want to bring all of your toiletries especially important for those traveling with limited luggage. They only provide a bar of soap and thin towels.

We had an incredible experience at the Sand Castle. Absolutely perfect for our big family. Stunning views. Easy to check in and out. Everything worked. Everything we needed was there. Host very accommodating. It is a beautiful property.

Great views! Amazing location!! But house is giving Moble home vibes, ceilings are extremely low on bottom floor. Also, the house is kind of slapstick together. The fire pit outside does not work. The worst part is there was no Internet for our entire stay. They claimed it was because they were working in the area but four days without Internet is a little extreme. The house just lacked general maintenance.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The home was beautiful and well kept! We may never have to look for another beach house again. The host was extremely accommodating and kind! Aside from being gorgeous the home was right on the beach! 10/10!!!

Overall location is good. A/C took 4 days to cool the house. No hot water in the downstairs bathroom. Multiple lights out through out the house. Exterior patio was tore up and not described in listing. A/C drainage on side of house is covered in green algae. I would not stay here again for the price of the house.

A large house in a stellar location right on the beach — so convenient and desirable for our family reunion. Ample kitchen and seating. The reconstruction around the front door and walkway was unfortunate. When WiFi & AC broke down, repairs were made the same day.

Great Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the view and location of the house. Everything was clean and plenty of room for us all to spread out. The only downfall is that it was HOT. The AC in the house needs help. It was set on 72 the whole time and would stay at 78 and took until midnight to cool down to even 74. It never really got down to 72 at all. The rooms with mini splits were cool but everywhere else was hot.

Annual Family Vacation

Overall we enjoyed the property - the views were awesome and the access to the beach was great. Everyone from all ages enjoyed the stay and the loaction of the home is in the perfect spot so if you need anything it was a quick ride. Any issues that were had were solved quickly and in a timely manner.

Oceanfront staff retreat

We rented this property for our annual staff retreat. It exceeded our expectations with a patio and steps to the beach. We were beachfront and had a beautiful view from inside house and the spacious patio. We had 20 people and it worked great for us. Plan to visit again int he future.

Beautiful huge house

We had a family reunion and had a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked to make meals for 14-20 people. The view was spectacular. There’s some external repairs going on but inside the house was impecable. The beds were all nicely decorated and ver comfortable. Will likely try to return every year.

A Slice of Heaven

Great property right on the water for larger groups. The open concept first floor is amazing - guests can hang out together or break up into smaller groups as desired. The game room was very popular as well. Conveniently located, the property is five minutes from grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.. While there wasn't much sun during our visit, the views of the ocean were still amazing. Access to the beach was easy as well. Thanks in large part to this property, we had a great time during our visit!

Great home and awesome time. We just misssed the hurricane but our weather was awesome. It's such a fun area and great to be able to put on your trunks and walk the beach or go in for a nice morning wake me up. We did have a plane delay and the host was gracious enough to give us a few more hours at the home as we waited for our flights to get unscrambled. Thank you.

Wedding weekend!

We came to Florida for our daughter’s wedding. We wanted to stay somewhere by the beach for a mini vacation as well. The house is beautiful, spacious and had plenty of room for our family and some friends. We would love to stay there again sometime.

Family reunion

The house was a perfect choice for our family reunion. There were a few minor issues but they were resolved almost immediately. The best location, the best beaches, and the amenities are abundant. The only thing we wish for is direct access to the beach, but we managed. Would definitely return to this house for our next reunion.
