It sits quietly in the little burg of Gardnersville, 7 miles east of I-75, perfect for family or friend get-aways! Enjoy a cup of morning coffee on the Sun porch that includes a hot tub, table for 6 and beautiful views. With a fully furnished kitchen, this is the perfect place to gather for a family get-together. You can enjoy a large family meal with the formal dining room that seats 10. Breakfast room with beautiful bay window includes a table for 6. Large family room with comfy seating and a 65 inch smart TV ready for movie night. Sunken family room with a sofa bed and smart TV. Friends reunion

Property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Gorgeous backyard. Rolling hills that we enjoyed a beautiful sunset and a quiet foggy hillside before the sun burned it off. We all wish we could have stayed longer. Great wi-fi, spacious kitchen and eating area. Host was responsive to inquiries. Would highly recommend!

Sweet Mini-Vacay

We live almost an hour away from the Ark Encounter; however, we wanted to make our visit into a miniature get-a-way to relax and reset. The Ross House was fabulous! Our expectations were met and exceeded. We truly recommend this Vrbo. Easy check in/out, equipped kitchen and facilities, beautiful home, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, and great property manager!

Perfect Retreat

Carla was a superb hostess!From the moment we opened the door with a provided code (check in made easy), the home was immaculate.The beds were heavenly. Each couple drew names to be assigned a bedroom. We drew the king bed bedroom. That bed was more comfortable than home!The toiletries provided were wonderful! I would like them for my guests at my home. Plenty of towels and pillows.We were greeted with delicious homemade cookies. Overall, they have thought of everything and the home is well built with a thoughtful design. Pristine cleanliness!All I can say is "Look no further! Don't pass up this opportunity!

Rolling Hills and Beautiful View

The home was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The owners were very friendly and responded quickly to any questions that we had. The property is located in a quiet area in the country between the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. All of this made it a perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our vacation. We highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a place in this area.

Family trip to The Ark

Very clean house, it was the perfect place to relax and spend our week in Tennessee! The views are amazing, the hot tub was wonderful, and the host, Carla, was so responsive.Homemade cookies upon check in were an unexpected surprise! Added bonus was all the kitchen supplies/utensils that were in the kitchen. It made making dinners so much easier! Will stay again if ever in the area.

A Beautiful Setting

Accurate description of place, convenient location, and great communication with host. My family commented several times how much they liked my choice of rentals. Four people in our party were in their 20s. Us older people enjoyed it very much, as well. We would have liked one more day together just to hang in the 6 person hot tub, use the fire pit (wood was provided), cooking fabulous meals, and playing games.A wonderful quiet place for a retreat even on the weekend. It is on a road, next to a church parking lot. Few cars use the road, seemed like only locals. I am a light sleeper and used the bedroom on the front corner of this rancher. I was able to close the lined drapes and slept well. The twin bedroom is beautiful, though it could use binds on the large window if you want to sleep in, for the rising sun is bright, and a street light in the parking lot that shines in because the curtains are not lined. Although my daughter did not complain about the light. Beds are all very comfortable. The sheets on the beds and bath towels are so soft. The bathrooms delightful and clean. The whole house was clean and decorated nicely. House is perfectly located between the Ark Encounter (25 minutes away) and Creation Museum (40 minutes away), which added approximately 10-15 minutes to the road time BUT there are no sounds of trains!!! Thank you so much Carla, for a wonderful vacation!

A Little Bit of Heaven

My words will not do justice to our family's stay at Ross House. The house was immaculately clean, communication with Carla extremely prompt, check-in and check-out a breeze, and plenty of space for a family of 4 ( or 8!). The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Exhausted after a long day of driving, we found delicious homemade cookies waiting for when we checked-in. And then, we discovered the VIEW. Amazing. I sat in the covered porch ( hot tub area) every morning drinking coffee, listening to the birds and looking out over the vista. No buildings ( except a well-kept barn), just lush rolling hills and trees. So peaceful! We were not familiar with the area, but found this home to be very accessible to the interstate and our travel plans.My family thanked me for booking this beautiful home and we hope to stay here again in the near future.

Wonderful Getaway

We had an amazing time connecting with family in this fabulous VRBO. A lot of personality and more than enough space for us all. Very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. We visited the Ark, Cincinnati Zoo, shopped, ate and took in as much as we could during our stay. The homemade cookies and extra amenities made it even better!

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at this home. It was very clean and well stocked and had a beautiful view. It was convenient to the Ark encounter and downtown Cincinnati. We were welcomed with homemade cookies and the home had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings with sunset views over the hillside. Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at the Ross House with our friends and family. The kids loved the hot tub and the yummy pumpkin bread! We had a relaxing time playing games and loved that we were able to cook our own food. The views are beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed Pig Out Pizza and visiting the ark. We hope to return again sometime!

From the momet we arrived, we knew that we picked a good location. Absolutely stunning home . Super easy check in. Very spacious and accommodations were excellent for our needs. Northern KY Best Kept Secret

I am truly grateful to the owners for providing such a beautiful property to stay at. EVERYTHING was thought of. Plenty of towels, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee. My daughter was in Cincinnati Children's for a few days and some family cancelled so it was me and my husband, our 3 kids and dog. She checked in on us and brought fresh towels and sheets during the stay and coffee. We had to stay for a week or so. The most tender hearted moment was them providing some food to get us through a few days until we could make it to the grocery store. I have never been around someone with so much hospitality and not require anything in return. I know we paid to stay but they went beyond. Someone mentioned sipping coffee and watching the cows. That was pretty neat but watching the snow cover the rolling hills was a comfort I didn't know I needed. We are from FL So we had a blast with the snow. 30 min from the city. Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to stay there. I highly recommend.

The house was very clean, welcoming with the delicious cookies. Loved all the Jesus and blessings signs . My daughter slept in the room with twin beds she said the lights from the church next door light up the room so it was difficult falling asleep. Maybe some thicker curtains would help . Other than that everything was perfect.

Nice stay in Demossville

This house was more than enough for us. And thank you for the cinnamon bread! The place was super clean and there is a nice view out the back. This is a great house. Future guests should just be aware that it is not close to shopping or much else. The nearest grocery is about 20 minutes away. If a rural country stay is what you're looking for, this is it! I recommend arriving in the daylight for the first time. We drove there at night and in the rain which was a little difficult. Overall this is a great place and we would definitely stay again when we come back to the area.
