Front desk staff on arrival desperately need some personality- unfriendly almost annoyed at being bothered. She seemed half asleep. This created a very poor Initial impression. Itâs so important for the first encounter at the front desk to be positive for customers because it sets the tone for the entire stay.
Beds were comfortable, staff was kind, and the room was clean. Pool was down for maintenance, it happens. Requested a roll away before for my room and it was provide.
It was a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and my children were very happy with it.
