Even though there aren’t many options in Death Valley this property in Stovepipe Wells was an enjoyable stop. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is one restaurant in this town. If we ever go back, we will definitely stay there again.

When you go to Death Valley you have about 4 lodging options. 2 are very expensive retreats. This is a great less expensive option in the middle of the Park. 98 and sand storms one day, and rain and 60 a few days later. The staff live onsite and were amazing. The lunch and dinner food was surprisingly wonderful. The buffet only breakfast, not so much. Parking was convenient and the rooms clean given the desert surroundings. I might stay at the fancy places if it was a special occasion with a special someone but twice the price.

Clean room. Nice staff. I understand they had a sand storm the day before our arrival so, considering that, all was good. It was hot but there was nothing they could do about that!
