Room dirty. Dead roaches on the floor. One small trash can. One couch. Lights with no light bulbs. No clock. No phone!!! They called our room a suite!!! Never will stay here again and will tell others to not stay. Mad this cost me $150 for one night.

Sleep in your car instead

I do not post hotel reviews often. We stayed here en route and seemed like a perfectly fine hotel for a family to stay - just to sleep. It was a nightmare. Literal blood smeared on an interior room door. Broken door. Toothpaste smeared on shower curtain. Hair on the bed. Holes and stains all over all the walls. Yellow stain in the bathroom floor. Management wouldn't do anything about it. Hotels.com is supposed to be making it right but mgmt on site did not care. Also, there was pouring rain and come to find out the manager had their car under the carport so only guest at a time could use the carport at a time. And before the rain began when we pulled up there was a group of people grilling in the parking lot under the windows which the grill had flamed up for whatever reason so flames and smoke were billowing out just feet from the building. I probably am leaving out more points of concern but this

Weekend in Decatur

Looks good enough from the outside, you have to ring a bell at the front desk to get any service at all. Room had minimal furniture and my shower faucet ran and dripped 24/7. Food was cheap and premade. Best thing was the community coffee. They got that right. I checked out early and went to another hotel.

Terrible. Room had trash in it fro. Previuos people staying. They gave us a broom to clean our own room. They had to remove and replace the AC units which left the room exposed to the texas heat. Bathroom door would not close and was broken in two. We paid and then they charged us again. We have a service dog and they still chrged us for the dog even when we showed the paperwork to prove he is a service dog. Went outside and the grass was full of dog crap and we could not stay at pool due to the smell.
