In the heart of Perche, 40 km from Le Mans (10 mins from the Ferté Bernard motorway exit) from its legendary circuit and 15 km from the town of Bellême, the Domaine de la Mainferme offers you all the assets to relax in peace, stroll through the small villages in the surrounding area, admire our countryside by setting off on foot or by bike along the hiking trails.
POSSIBILITY OF UP TO 18 BEDS WITH A 4-PERSON CHALET ON THE EDGE OF THE LAKE 200 METERS AWAY.

On the ground floor, large living room with fireplace, separate equipped kitchen, large veranda with its dining area and summer kitchen. 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160 bed. 1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom with bathtub and large Italian shower.
Upstairs: large mezzanine with lounge area flat screen TV, 2-seater sofa bed, billiards, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and baby changing

1 dormitory room with 3 140 beds and 1 90 bed with adjoining bathroom bathtub and toilet.
