Hotel gives a good first impression. However rooms look tired and mattress are so Worn they sink in the middle. However worst of all is that the rooms smell of mildew and feel musty. Roomservice was also not good as the prices on room menu are not the ones charged on bill. When you complain staff is argumentive.

The rooms were standard and clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great. Service was also excellent. All of the staff that we met with were very pleasant and always willing to help. Loved the location because of the proximity to the metro station and many many restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed walking around after dinner.

The rooms were fair, but more akin to a 3 star hotel rather than the 5 star hotel it says. The prices of the food/bar are that of a 5 star hotel. This was the lowest quality of the other 5 star hotels I stayed at in India as one room smelled of smoke even though I had been given non smoking. The next room I received was much better but then there wasn’t hot water for the shower.
