The Good: Friendly, attentive staff. Safe. Good food from kitchen with room service. Very responsive to any requests from us - within few minutes every time. Check-in and out was super smooth. Could Improve: Bath mat was so dirty, we purchased one ourselves. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was making a racket-not sure it was actually functioning. Location: although central, we got caught in the traffic jam outside the entrance to train station. We suspect the cops turn off the traffic lights during peak hours to cause traffic jam so the coolies can fleece travellers desperate to catch their train. The touting was so obvious and the lights work intermittently. Nothing the hotel can do but you need to factor that in if you have time sensitive travel plans
