The staff were so helpful. From picking me up from the airport to being very welcoming. I was allowed to keep my room for an extra 2 hours. Very kind.

Very long way out from Dheli. 1hr taxi which gives a good chance to see the city. Streets around hotel very small and taxis (unless) Uber will struggle to find.

The people were lovely. The room was beyond dirty. There were things on the wall that I don’t even wanna know what they were. There were stains all over the sheets and comforter it smelled like smoke dingy filthy. You need to take bleach to the whole place, but the people were wonderful.

Property was of lower quality than advertised. They had sold out at a property we had reserved a room and took us to another building. Very much not a 3 star hotel. The area of Dehli is not bad and there other hotels nearby that are fine. Also there were bugs in the room.

I booked to stay here. I was taken to another hotel 300 metres away. They said it was their hotel still. This was the most awful hotel ever. I think I was scammed by them, they put me in a cheap B&B. No toilet paper, No hot water, Mould on walls, no key into room, Tv hanging off the wall, no tv remote. Bucket for water from tap for washing. OMG, I could go on. I don't know why Expedia is allowing them to scam.

Budget wise, the room was ok as a least choice. The property has no generator. That's the main problem here. One there was a Power cut, hotel authority could not give generator service. As a result, we had to stay around 1 hour without fan and a/c. Hotel management did not compensate for this inconvenience, already it happened twice!

Cheap but terrible hotel

This hotel is cheap but it is located in very congested area very hard to locate. The rooms are small and bedsheets did not feel to be fresh. Bathroom’s shower was broken, sink had no water. I will never stay in it.
