Villa Duinbraam is one of the most beautiful spots on Texel. It’s nearby a forest and the dunes and surrounded by the unique nature preserve De Dennen (The Pines), which is part of the National Park "Dunes of Texel". The Duinbraam villa is an ideal starting point for many activities in the forest and dunes, as well as the beach and sea. Also, you can enjoy a delicious lunch at the beach pavilion Paal 17, just 2 km from the Brummel. And when you come home on an autumn afternoon after a lovely walk in the forest or along the beach, You can relax in the spacious living room while enjoying a drink. For children, it is just a few steps from the Calluna swimming park, Ecomare and Schipbreuk- en Juttersmuseum Flora (the Shipwreck and Beachcomber’s museum). For horse lovers there are many equestrian trails through woods and dunes as well as several horse stables in the vicinity.



Living room

The living room has two glass sliding doors giving access to a spacious terrace with wooden table and benches. The living room (with open kitchen) is cozy, modern and fully equipped. Relax after a meal or sit in the lovely sitting area enjoying a good glass of wine or Texel beer while you watch your favorite program on our curved Smart LED TV with Wi-Fi.



Luxury bedrooms

The house has 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a private bathroom with luxury shower and Smart LED TV with Wi-Fi. You will sleep in an extra long Eastborn box-spring bed. On the floor above, there are three other bedrooms, also with a bathroom, Smart LED TV with Wi-Fi and extra long Eastborn box-spring beds. One bedroom has a private bath with whirlpool, luxury shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms have a luxury bathroom with shower and sink. There is a separate toilet on the landing.

Garden and Terrace

The beautiful garden is shielded by tall trees and shrubs, so you can enjoy privacy and quickly feel at home. There is a large terrace, facing south where you can barbecue or just enjoy the sun while sipping a drink and reading a good book. The villa has floor heating on the ground floor. There are radiators on the 1st floor to heat individual rooms. The villages De Koog (with its cozy terraces) and Den Burg (the shopping heart of Texel, with a very trendy Streetfood Bar) are just a few kilometers from the Duinbraam.

Upon arrival, your beds will be made; there are bath towels (2 per person) and kitchen towels ready for you as well as several guest supplies available.
