Beautiful holiday resort with a community pool of 12mx4m, only 150m from the beach and 2km from the city centre. Supermarket, bars and restaurants within 100m.

The terraced house has two floors. On the ground floor is the living and dining area with TV/SAT, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace leading to the pool. The separate kitchen has been recently renovated and features 4 hobs, fridge with freezer, oven, toaster and a filter coffee machine.



On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two mattresses and the second with two single beds, both rooms with air conditioning. On the same floor is a bathroom with a shower and the washing machine as well as a terrace that leads to the garden zone.



The pool area has lawn, palm trees and a variety of other plants.

Private parking for one vehicle in front of the house.

Pets are not allowed throughout the holiday complex and in the house.

La mer à quelques mètres de la location. L idéal pour tous vacanciers.

Très belle location à quelques mètres de la plage ainsi que les commerces ce qui évite de prendre la voiture. Endroit magnifique et reste en petit comité et non surpeuplé ce qui est agréable. La piscine est très belle. Pour ce qui est de l accueil à l agence personne très sympathique et agréable.
