This cozy and bright apartment is ideal for 4 + 2 guests and is located at Les Marines Beach in Dénia.
The residential complex features shared green areas with lawn and benches, where you can enjoy the fresh air. There's also a chlorine pool measuring 20 × 9 m with a constant depth of 2 m. Children can safely enjoy their own section of the pool. A cold-water jacuzzi is also available. The apartment includes two terraces: the first is accessed from the dining area and directly from the common areas, adding great convenience. It's furnished and perfect for summer dinners or soaking up the sun. The second terrace, accessible from the kitchen, is also furnished and offers a more private, shaded space ideal for family meals.

Inside, every room is equipped with air conditioning. The living room is bright and features a comfortable chaise longue sofa that can accommodate two guests. There's satellite TV and a dining area with a table for breakfasts or meals. The ceramic kitchen is well equipped to cook comfortably. It also includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For sleeping, there are two bedrooms—a double bed and another with two single beds. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.

Les Marines Beach is only 350 meters away, providing an ideal family atmosphere. In the surrounding area, you'll discover rocky coves, walking paths, the Dénia Castle, and a wide range of outdoor activities to make your stay unforgettable. We highly recommend visiting Les Rotes: follow the path from Marineta Casiana—the only sandy beach in Les Rotes—to the rocky coves. This rugged landscape stands out for the greens and blues of the sea, transparent waters, and coastal grooves. It's part of the Cabo de San Antonio Marine Reserve, environmentally protected.

Both the pool and jacuzzi are available from June 1 to September 30.
