Comfortable villa enjoying beautiful exteriors and a beautiful private swimming pool. It offers a beautiful view of the sea and the town of Denia.

Very beautiful villa built on 2 levels, offering a tasteful and nicely decorated interior, with comfortable furniture. The exterior opens onto a beautiful grassy area with trees. It also benefits from its private swimming pool surrounded by a large tiled terrace and having a superb view of the sea and the city on one side, and of the surrounding mountains on the other.

Areas and equipment: Living space of approximately 179 m². Plot of approximately 1000 m². Free wifi Internet connection. Washing machine.

Main floor: Living room / dining room (with TV German channels and opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool). Open and equipped kitchen (with hotplates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker).
