Super cute and clean. Recently updated. Was Cape Cod through and through. View of the water. And the beach was lovely. The only drawback was the heat and no AC. It was a very hot few days and fans couldn’t make a dent in the heat. However it’s the situation with most of the cottages in this enclave not just this cute little cottage.

This was the perfect spot for our family get away. Plenty of room for myself, my husband, and son. The home was clean and a stones throw from the beach where you could sit out and hear the waves as you have your morning coffee. Will definitely be booking with them again next summer!

Such a cool place! Just a few feet from the beach, we began and ended each day in the sand. The location is also great for traveling to all the cape cod hot spots. The cottage is really sweet and cozy— we hope to be back!

Perfect little getaway

Second time (and hopefully won't be the last) at this cottage. Owner very helpful. Location is awesome, only a few steps to the beach. Neighbors all very friendly. Highly recommend. Our stay was for 2 weeks this time.

Respite on Cape Cod

We stayed three nights during a vacation exploration of Cape Cod. This was a perfect location. The little house was sweet. Everything you could need and more was supplied. The setup and room layout was perfect, space was utilized well. Slightly cramped getting in and out of bed, but not a big deal. The decor was beach charming. Loved the large bathroom and spacious shower. The neighborhood was quaint, and we totally appreciated the ocean view and cross breezes! Would love to return, thank you!

Fun,convenient

It was as advertised. We were literally 50 ft from beach. Its an excellent community. Extremely quiet. Host helped out with wash clothes as I missed that in the listing. I would do this again.

Great location!

The cottage is in the perfect location! Steps outside the door is the beach. We really liked that the beach was private so it was not crowded. Additionally, the bathroom seems fairly new and is a surprisingly nice size for such a small cottage. Only complaints is that the cottage does not have many shades for night time and to prevent the morning sunlight although, the windows do need to stay open for sea breeze due to no A/C. If this doesn't bother you then the cottage would be fine. Thanks for the nice stay!

We loved the little cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was clean a spacious. The shower was nice with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was updated and cute. Every window had a view of the ocean and we could hear the waves from the cottage. Truly was a few steps to a quiet, private beach. My only disappointment was the non working fridge/freezer and a ripped screen flapping in the wind on the little back porch area which ruined some of our view of the ocean and let some flying insects in.

Beautiful views

The cottage was cozy, airy, bright and cute. It had everything that you needed. The views were beautiful and the people were very friendly. There were a couple of restaurants that you could walk to. The cottage was in a great location for everything that we wanted to do. I would for sure stay here again. Most importantly my daughter and I felt safe. Great find!!!

Beach

My friend and I had a wonderful time at your cottage. My friend had not visited the Cape in a long time so it was fun for both of us to go exploring. And it was great that the cottages were right on the beach so we did not have to drive anywhere to soak up the sunshine.

Such a quaint little cottage! Great communication between me and the owners. Only steps from the beach! I would recommend this to anyone wanting a beach vacation. Tons of things to do in the area and surrounding areas.
