Window air conditioning in each bedroom. The double lot provides plenty of yard space for games, eating and relaxing around the fire pit and bar + seating in the shed. There is a deck and enclosed outdoor shower off the main bedroom. Nantucket Sound beaches are a short drive of 2-5 minutes: Haigis-South Village-West Dennis.
