Family vacation

The home fit our needs as far as space goes and it was really nice to be able to walk down to the water. The neighborhood was nice as well. The house, in our opinion was misrepresented as far as upkeep goes. The kids play house was unusable due to it not being cleaned out in some time. Over ran with dirt and spiders. The furniture on the porch was covered in cobwebs and dirt as well as the table in the back and not usable unless cleaned. It was very inconvenient to not be able to move a chair or 2 around (one of the rules of the house) because the seating in the living room was so little. The only gathering place for a big group was in media room (which is upstairs) or at dining room table.

Amazing place

We had an absolute blast staying close to my nieces wedding venue. We got to use the media room for the Tyson fight and played some board games. A short walk to the lake and everyone loved this house.

Awesome host and property! Highly recommend.

Albert saved the day! We had booked a different VRBO and the host of the OTHER property never sent us check-in information, leaving us completely stranded. Albert was very responsive and helped us check-in to his property that same day. There were only 4 of us, so we didn't even come close to using the entire house -- it is huge! The property has everything you could possibly need for a large family gathering. The location was awesome and so relaxing. We took several walks down to the lake and watched the sunset -- so very peaceful! Highly recommend this property and the host!

Fabulous gathering spot for multi families

THE BEST VRBO we’ve ever stayed at! Perfect room confirmations for multi families. Plenty to do for both adults and kids. Best host quick to respond with any issues we may have encountered with speedy resolution. Game room and nightly movies were a hit with the kids. Remote workers had plenty of wi-fi speed to complete their work prior to holiday fun. An overall fantastic experience for our family.

Great Family Getaway

Great house for our extended family of 12! We loved being a short walk to the lake. The grandkids and adults both enjoyed the foam water pad, kayaks, and paddle boards in the cove. The kitchen was well stocked, and it was nice having an extra refrigerator in the garage area. I would stay here again!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing house! It was so well-designed for multiple families, and we couldn't believe how thoughtful and helpful the hosts were. They had literally thought of everything to make our stay unforgettable. The kids had a blast with all the fun activities available, and we all enjoyed taking a short walk to the serene lake. We even got to hear some lovely bird calls and unwind in the peaceful backyard. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back next time we're in the area. Great stay at a great house

The house is huge and easily accommodated our 12 person bachelor weekend. It provided a great place to get away and just spend time together while also being close to grocery stores and restaurants when needed. Plenty of sleeping space with large kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. Albert was very responsive and was easy to work with. For a group this size, I highly recommend this home!

Awesome getaway property for families

We loved our stay, and it was exactly what we were looking for - close to our home in N Texas, lots of fun stuff for teens to do, in a relaxing rural setting. House is incredibly equipped with almost everything you might need. Hosts are great communicators and very responsive. Teen girls enjoyed hot tub, whole family enjoyed movie room, all sat around fire pit where we also grilled hot dogs and s’mores, skipped rocks on the lake

This house has it all!

We were pleasantly surprised when we found this listing with so many amenities for adults and children, and it did not disappoint! They really have thought of everything and provide more than enough amenities and basic necessities for you to enjoy your stay. The movie/playroom was perfect for us to relax while the kids played. The backyard was amazing, and the walk to the lake was enjoyable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were more than accommodating and comfortable. And the hosts were excellent with quick and efficient responses. This may have been one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in! We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent experience, great house!

I would highly recommend anyone staying at this house. All of the beds are very comfortable, and the house is very spacious. This house is perfect if you have a family as well, there’s so much to do. I have stayed at many VRBO locations, and I have never stayed at a house that was so well put together and organized. The lake is very close to the backyard, and the water toys were amazing.

Family Memorial

In Texas for a memorial. The house was perfect for several families to be together. I think the house outdid the pictures. Everything was great. Well stocked with everything we needed. Clean. Gracious hosts. No problems with any part of the house. We did not use any lake toys so can’t comment there. Only tip I have for future stays is maybe bring a couple of extra dish and hand towels. We had a full house and could’ve used a few more. There were enough but extras would’ve helped.

Beautiful house and perfect location

Great property and awesome communication from the owners! Everything was in perfect condition and my family loved the home. We were in town for my son’s wedding at the Olana so the location was only 10 minutes away. I would recommend this home highly.
